Copyright Infringement: Make it clear that users are responsible for ensuring that their uploaded content does not violate third-party copyrights (e.g., film clips, music).
Use Restrictions: Prohibit illegal, harmful, deceptive, or discriminatory uses—especially critical when enabling translation, voice cloning, or cultural adaptation.
Export Control: If your platform or models are based in the U.S., ensure you comply with export control laws for AI and encryption tech.
Children’s Privacy: Include an explicit age restriction if your service is not intended for users under 13/16 (COPPA/GDPR-K compliance).

License for Processing: Grant Curify a limited license to process content solely for the purpose of providing services (not for training or resale).
Content Moderation: Reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for abusive or prohibited usage.
Liability Limitation: Disclaim responsibility for inaccuracies in generated translations or voices, especially for enterprise use cases.
Service Availability: Provide disclaimers about uptime, maintenance, and beta feature stability.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction: Define which country/state's laws govern disputes.

Generated Content Disclaimer: Warn users that translated or synthesized outputs may not be 100% accurate, especially in medical/legal contexts.
Feedback Loop: If you plan to use anonymized data to improve models, disclose it and allow opt-out (or opt-in under GDPR).
